Ingredients:
½ cup liquid egg alternative (I used ‘Just Egg’)
â…“ cup Nutpods Coffee Cake Unsweetened & Dairy Free Almond + Coconut CreamerÂ
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch salt
8 slices Carbonaut gluten-free bread
Vegan butter, for cooking
Cha’s Organics vegan coconut whipped cream, for serving
Strawberries, for serving
Maple syrup, for serving

Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the liquid egg alternative, Nutpods coffee cake creamer, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.Â
Over medium heat, lightly grease a pan with vegan butter. Â
Dunk the slices of bread into the liquid mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Transfer to the hot pan, and sprinkle with more cinnamon. Cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side.Â
Serve with vegan whipped cream, strawberries, and maple syrup.
