We originally founded Anthony's Goods because brick and mortar stores usually only stocked one pound quantities of alternative flours and powders, making it impracticable to sustain what we thought was a healthier lifestyle. So we made it our mission to do just that, and make every product we sell available in a nice big bag. Sure, it was a simple idea, but that really was the original mission.
