Jeff Coleman used to be the type of person that would eat whatever he chose, without worrying about what the ingredients were. After exploring Park City trails, he realized that the food choices he was making weren’t the best refueling options. He then sought out to gain more information about nutrition through a local food coach. While shopping at a health food store in Park City, Jeff came across an energy bar that was made locally. Jeff was amazed at how such a healthy bar didn’t have a terrible cardboard taste! Within a month of trying the bar, he made a commitment to help fund and grow the company. Now ProBar has blossomed into a brand that is nationally recognized!
