The Yes Bar

Life is too short to eat snacks that don’t make you happy. So I made The YES Bar. Nuts, seeds, and fruit bound together with honey, maple syrup and coconut butter. Our bar is 100% REAL FOOD and has half the sugar of an apple, at around 200 calories a bar. They taste like your mom made them just for you. Because guess what? A mom did! I made them originally for my own family, and never intended to start a business. These things are so darn tasty that they turned themselves into a company. And the recipe that we have today has not changed since the day I made them for my family in our home kitchen. Except now we bake them for you.
