At Simple Mills we take flavour seriously, which is why we put everything out on the table for our grain-free, soft-baked, chocolate chip cookies. There's nothing like a classic chocolate chip cookie. But, we made it better. We took out the grains, soy, corn, dairy, gums, GMOs, 25% of the sugar and the emulsifiers and added almond flour, flax meal, unrefined honey, organic coconut sugar, and coconut oil to make amazing gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.
